At The Gibson Room, we blend exceptional dining with unforgettable nightlife. More than just a restaurant or bar, we’re Coral Way’s gathering place for those who appreciate craft cocktails, chef-driven plates, and live entertainment that elevates the experience.
Thursday through Saturday nights, our space transforms with live local music starting at 9pm. Enjoy performances ranging from jazz trios to acoustic sets while savoring our menu – no cover charge, just great food and drinks accompanying even better music.
Thursdays offer two ways to experience us:
• Ladies Night with $10 martinis from 5pm until close
• Happy Hour from 5-7pm featuring $10 wines & cocktails, along with bar bites perfect for sharing and Late-Night Happy Hour 11PM-close.
Sundays bring our Freestyle sessions from 1-9pm – a daytime-to-evening transition of eclectic sounds paired with brunch cocktails and our curated menu.
