Welcome to The Gibson Room, a Miami Slice Hospitality residency in partnership with Ariete Hospitality Group. We are a neighborhood bar on Coral Way, rooted in great food, sophisticated drinks, and a sense of community. Our kitchen features elevated bar food, including classics from Miami Slice, our 1/2 pound burger, and longtime Gibson Room favorites like the signature flan. We’re light enough for an after-office drink, dark enough for an after-party nightcap, and always meant to feel like home.
