Chef and restauranteur, Michael Beltran, with a Michelin Star under his belt for his highly acclaimed restaurant Ariete, is excited to open the doors of The Gibson Room. The newest concept from the team at Ariete Hospitality Group is located in the bustling streets of Coral Way. This contribution to Miami’s growing lineup of remarkable dining and drinking spots, is an unpretentious bar on the outer limits of Shenandoah, that includes a solid lineup of live music and vinyl every night with an elevated cocktail and food menu.
This tavern is certainly an ode to Florida located in Shenandoah – one of the oldest neighborhoods in the City of Miami – utilizing local ingredients in the menu and showcasing a beautiful Blue Marlin mounted above the bar. With our walls adorned with taxidermy, you would not expect to see a grand piano and to also enjoy a decadent meal with cocktails.
Teamed up with Chef Michael Beltran, is seasoned Chef Kris Huseby, the new executive chef for the property. Chefs Beltran and Huseby have a history of collaboration – previously working together in one of Miami’s best restaurants. The duo has created a superb menu for The Gibson Room.
From Tuesday to Sunday evenings, as well as Sunday brunch, The Gibson Room features live music with an eclectic mix of instrumentalists, vocalists, vinyl sets, Jazz and Blues ensembles, and much more! View this week’s programming
